Meet the Team
Our clinicians come from diverse training backgrounds, but we share one core belief: children deserve to be understood, not reshaped.
Every member of our team practices from a connection-first lens. We believe relationship is the foundation for growth in our sessions.

Founder & Clinical Director
Taylour founded Interconnect Therapy after 13 years in the field because she couldn’t find the kind of space she knew children deserved, one where progress didn’t require conformity and where kids could build meaningful skills without being asked to change who they are.
Taylour was diagnosed with ADHD at age 8, which was rare for girls in the early 90’s. Growing up in systems that weren’t designed with neurodivergent children in mind shaped how she approaches this work. She understands what it feels like to work twice as hard just to keep up, and how powerful it is when a child is truly understood. That perspective is the heart of everything we do at Interconnect.
Taylour’s approach blends evidence-based practice with a connection-first philosophy. When children feel safe, respected and understood, real growth happens.
Education + Training
Taylour earned her B.S. in Psychology from San Francisco State University in 2012 and completed her M.S. in Psychology and Child Development at Capella University in 2015. She received her BCBA certification in 2017 and has been a practicing Behavior Analyst since. Taylour has worked with children of various disabilities since 2010.
