Why I created SEED

When I started Interconnect, I didn't have a mentor.

Every decision—from pricing services and creating policies to building a brand, hiring clinicians, and choosing the right business structure—was something I had to figure out on my own.

While I'm grateful for everything I learned along the way, I also know how overwhelming it can feel to navigate those decisions without someone in your corner.

That's why I created SEED.

I wanted to offer the kind of mentorship I wish I'd had when I was starting: thoughtful guidance, honest feedback, and support through the many decisions that come with building something meaningful.
