Therapy, the way you always wished it could be.
If you've ever left a session feeling like the paperwork mattered more than the kid, or watched a child mask their true self to earn a token, or maybe you had to work on insurance goals that the family didn’t really care about? What we have built Interconnect is the difference.
We're a small, connection-first pediatric practice in San Francisco, and we're looking for clinicians who share the same neuroaffirming values to join our caring and dedicated team!

Who We Are
Small team, real relationships.
We're a small team by choice. Our clinicians know each other's caseloads, share updates on clients and collaborate regularly.
Connection over compliance, in practice.
This is something we live out daily in every session. We follow the child's lead, honor their autonomy and measure success by genuine growth and connection, not by how closely a child followed directions.
A space built for sensory needs.
Our therapy space is designed with neurodivergent bodies and brains in mind. We're continuing to invest in it, because we believe good clinical work deserves a space that supports it.
Every child is welcome here, diagnosis or not.
We see kids who don't fit a tidy label just as readily as kids who do. Wherever a family is in their journey, we are able to meet them there.
Founder-led.
Taylour founded Interconnect after 14 years in the field, wanting to build the kind of practice she believed kids deserved. She was diagnosed with ADHD at 8 (rare for a girl in the early '90s) and brings both a clinician's and a lived perspective to this work.
Let’s work together.
A minimum of 2 years credentialed as a BCBA or OT is required and you must be local to the Bay Area.
